Our overall view of Mova Pro

Mova Pro is a real, identifiable product, but we cannot tell you it will do anything for you. The seller is named in its terms, the ingredient names are disclosed and the delivery and return rules are published. What is missing from what we saw is the amount of each ingredient per capsule, and we are not aware of any authorised health claim for these ingredients that would let us promise a benefit.

If you are curious, read the label on the bottle, check the seller details yourself and speak to a GP or pharmacist first if any of the cautions on this page apply to you. Price and terms were checked on 7 November 2026 and can change.

What Mova Pro is

Mova Pro is sold online as a dietary supplement in capsule form. Each bottle holds 30 capsules. It is a food supplement, which in the UK means it is regulated as food rather than as a medicine, and it has not been assessed for treating or preventing any condition.

The product is sold by a Dutch company rather than a high-street brand. Most of what we know comes from three places: the bottle label as shown on the seller's pages, the offer page, and the seller's published terms. We checked them on 7 November 2026. Anything we could not see, such as the amount of each ingredient in a capsule or the recommended daily dose, we have left out rather than guess.

Ingredient one: turmeric extract

Mova Pro ingredient: turmeric root

The seller names Curcuma longa (4:1 extract). Curcuma longa is the botanical name for turmeric, the yellow-orange root used as a spice. A "4:1" ratio normally indicates that roughly four parts of raw root went into making one part of extract, which tells you about how concentrated the extract is but not how much ends up in a capsule.

Turmeric has plenty of culinary history and gets a lot of attention online. That attention is not the same as an authorised health claim. We are not aware of any authorised health claim for turmeric that allows a supplement seller in the UK to say it does something for the body, and published research on turmeric supplements is mixed and limited. So we will not tell you what it might do, and you should be wary of any page that does.

Ingredient two: green tea extract

Mova Pro ingredient: green tea leaves

The second named ingredient is green tea extract. Green tea is a familiar drink, but an extract concentrates the leaf's compounds into a much smaller volume, so a capsule is not the same as a cup of tea.

The practical point for shoppers is safety. Regulators in Europe have reviewed reports of rare liver problems linked to green tea extracts taken in concentrated form at high doses. That is not a reason to panic about a labelled product used as directed, but it is a good reason to follow the label, never to add other green tea extract supplements on top, and to stop and seek advice if you feel unwell. If you have any liver or gallbladder condition, ask first.

Ingredient three: black pepper extract

Mova Pro ingredient: black peppercorns

The third ingredient is black pepper extract standardised to 95% piperine. Piperine is the compound that gives pepper its bite. Standardised means the extract is made to contain a stated percentage of it, here 95%.

Piperine is notable for a reason that matters to anyone on medication: it has been shown to influence how some medicines are absorbed and processed by the body. That is why a pharmacist is the right person to ask if you take prescription medicines, even if the supplement is sold without a prescription. The label should say how much piperine each capsule contains, and we have not independently confirmed it.

What the label says, and what we can say

Mova Pro bottle beside an anatomical model

The bottle describes itself, in the seller's own words, as a "Dietary supplement for Joint & Mobility Support" and a "Premium formula for better Cartilage, Bone and Joint Health". We are quoting the seller here and nothing more. We do not endorse those statements, and we are not repeating them as facts.

Under UK advertising rules, a supplement can only be presented with health claims that are authorised for the ingredients and amounts it contains. We are not aware of an authorised health claim for turmeric, green tea extract or piperine that relates to joints, cartilage, bones or mobility. Evidence for these ingredients in those areas is limited and not settled. For that reason this site makes no claim that Mova Pro, or any ingredient in it, helps with anything.

What we can say is factual: it is a capsule supplement, three ingredients are named, the price and terms are as set out below, and the seller is identifiable. If a health outcome matters to you, a GP or pharmacist is a far better source than a product label or an affiliate website like ours.

Who might consider it

A supplement like this is usually considered by adults who already eat a varied diet, have no medical conditions that would be affected, take no regular medicines, and simply want to try a capsule containing these particular plant extracts. It is an optional extra for a healthy adult, not a necessity, and it is certainly not a replacement for medical care.

If you have ongoing discomfort or any health concern, the sensible first step is a conversation with your GP or pharmacist, not a supplement. They can check for causes, suggest approaches with real evidence behind them and tell you whether a supplement would interfere with anything you already take.

Safety in general

Before you order: Mova Pro is a food supplement, not a medicine. Speak to your GP or pharmacist first if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Always follow the directions printed on the bottle, because we do not have them and cannot give a dose. Do not take more than stated, and do not combine it with other supplements containing the same ingredients. If you feel unwell, for example with stomach upset, unusual tiredness, dark urine or yellowing of the skin or eyes, stop taking it and get medical advice promptly.

Is Mova Pro a scam or legit?

It is not anonymous. The seller's terms name Hegumate B.V., trading as Mova Pro, at Keizersgracht 520 H, 1017 EK Amsterdam, with Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 80743587 and VAT number NL861783141B01. We have not verified these beyond what the terms say, and you can look up the KvK number in the Dutch register yourself.

That answers "does a company exist" but not "will this work for me", and nobody, including us, can promise the second. Our full scam or legit guide lists the red flags we looked for and what to do if something goes wrong.
