Privacy policy
This is an information site. We do not run accounts, contact forms, comment systems or newsletter sign-ups, and we do not use analytics of our own.
Server logs
Our web server automatically records technical data when you visit (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited period.
Affiliate tracking and cookies
We use the affiliate tracking service RedTrack to record that a visitor reached the seller through our links, so that any commission can be attributed. Its script runs on our pages and can set cookies in your browser, namely rtkclickid-store (which stores a click identifier) and _fbp (a Meta browser identifier). It may also process data such as your IP address and browser details. This is governed by the tracking provider's own privacy policy, so please read it, and the seller's, before buying. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although doing so may stop a purchase from being attributed to us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it and object to its use. For data held by the tracking provider or the seller, contact them directly.
